Policies and Regulations


  • Check-out is 12 p.m. on the scheduled day of departure – an additional day of boarding will be charged for any time after 12 p.m.
  • All reservations can only be guaranteed by credit card
  • To maintain your dogs steady diet and comfort while here we request that you pre-package your dog's own food in portioned ZipLoc® bags for each feeding required for his/her stay with the pet's name and your last name on it
  • You must cancel a reservation 48 hours prior to check-in, otherwise you will be charged for one (1) nights stay if not during a peak or holiday period
  • During peak or holiday periods reservations must be cancelled two (2) weeks prior to check-in – if not cancelled, owner will be charged for the entire booked stay.
  • Check-in is available during all business hours
  • All guests must be vaccinated for Rabies, DHLLP, and Bordatella with the past 11 months and no earlier than 11 days prior to their stay – Veterinary proof is required
  • All guests must be over 12 weeks of age and have had 2 sets of vaccinations
  • All guests staying over 20 days must have their stay pre-paid
  • Any guests who exhibits excessively aggressive behavior or bites another dog or person must be removed from the facility immediately by the owner – No exceptions will be made
  • Please schedule any grooming for your pet while boarding for check-in
  • SpaWoof™ is not responsible for any damage or loss to any item brought in for the guest, e.g., toys or bedding. All bedding must be washed prior to our acceptance of it. All such items must be labeled with owner's name in permanent ink
  • All guests staying at SpaWoof™ must fill out a Boarding and Daycare Agreement, Client Information Form and read and agree to the Policies and Regulations form.
  • Any Guest, who upon check-in, has fleas will be given a flea bath at the owners expense


  • All pets must be spayed/neutered for day care eligibilty
  • All dogs must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Daycare based on a temperament and socialization assessment by the staff at SpaWoof™
  • Dogs not typically exposed to a high activity level, hard surfaces, and outside activity may experience sore muscles, joints, fatigue, and/or abrasions on the feet (raw paw)
  • All toenails must be trimmed to prevent injury to all animals in the Daycare. If deemed too long the owner will be advised, and if necessary, SpaWoof™ will trim them at the owners expense
  • Dogs in Daycare have access to fresh water at all times, due to high activity levels, dogs may intake excessive amounts of water when returning home; be aware that too much water may cause an upset stomach or other problems.
  • Owners understand that due to activity levels dogs may become dirty or matted during Daycare and Boarding
  • Owners are responsible for all damages incurred by their dogs – whether it be to themselves or another dog
  • Owners understand that at times a deterrent measure may be used to prevent injury to another dog or human – which can include water spray, painless citronella spray, or other reasonable measures
  • Dogs are not fed during Daycare stays unless agreed upon by SpaWoof™ and the owner – at additional cost to the owner
  • Daycare hours are 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • For any dog left in day care after 6 p.m., a fee of $10/15 minutes will be charged
  • If a dog is not picked up from Daycare on that day he will be boarded at full boarding rates
  • Spa Woof takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for all animals in Daycare. However, the owner recognizes that there are inherent risks of illness or injury when dealing with animals in a large social environment. These dogs are at a higher risk of incidents including, but not limited to, bites, fights, aggression, object guarding, and behavioral problems. Owner assumes all responsibility and risk.


  • Hours of operation:
  • Monday–Friday - 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    Saturday - 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
    Sunday - 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

  • Daycare is available Monday–Friday only
  • Bark-n-Ride™ must be arranged by appointment only
  • Grooming should be scheduled when making your reservation
